Description:
1995 GMC Chasis 26ft 1995 S&S Motor home is custom built in Greenwood, Nebraska on a 1995 GMC chassis. It has a 275 hp CAT motor with a 6 speed manual transmission. This single axle vehicle has six new tires with aluminum wheels. It is on an air ride suspension. It is set up for pulling an enclosed car trailer with two types of hitches, a mini fifth wheel and a bumper ball hitch. Also great for use as a motor home. There are two 50 gallon fuel tanks. The enclosed 10K diesel generator was rebuilt in 2002. An inverter was installed in 2002 which will run 110 volt lights inside the motor home. The generator charges the batteries through the inverter and there is a switch on the outside of the cab for charging batteries while going down the highway. There is also 12 volt lighting inside the motor home which run off the batteries. The roof mount air conditioning unit runs off 110 electricity.The three way refrigerator can be operated off 12 volt, electricity or propane (20 lb propane tank will more than run the refrigerator for a long weekend). A microwave is installed above the refrigerator. A countertop with a 110 power outlet and storage cabinets above and below and a large window complete the food area. The full sized shower was installed in 2002 which has a 12 volt ceiling light. Small stainless steel sink with lighted mirror and storage above and below the sink. There is also storage above the standard RV toilet and a power vent in the ceiling. Equipped with a 3 gallon electric water heater witch is more than adequate.Immediately outside the bathroom area are two bunk beds, one with a small TV/VCR which runs off 12 volt. Other sleeping arrangements are fold down seats in the main living area of the motor home. There are four bench seats which can fold down to accommodate up to 4-5 persons. We removed one bench seat to enlarge the living area - this seat will be included in the sale. The extra sleeping area for two is above the cab. Two removable tables will also be included in the sale.The original oak cabinets were increased in number during the 2002 remodel. The cabinets run the length of the driver side of the vehicle. Additional cabinets are on the passenger side from the entrance door to the over-the-cab bed and encase the TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo system. There is no satellite system. The surround sound system has speakers located throughout the living area. Under all cabinets are 12 volt lights. Ceiling lights are 110 volt and 12 volt. Water storage tanks located under the back area will hold 50 gallon on each side, with 30 gallon gray water and 30 gallon black water tanks. Each water tank has its own pump, the driver side tank furnishes water to the motor home, and the passenger tank is extra water with an outside spigot for washing and transferring water to the other tank. Extra large storage cabinets are enclosed around the outside of the motor home. The overall length bumper to bumper length is 31 feet. The living space is 26 feet. The driving area of the vehicle includes captain seating, AM/FM radio, CB radio, radar dector, power windows, tilt wheel. Pickup and Delivery is the responsibility of the buyer.
