1999 AVION FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER, model 37.5V. It is a very comfortable two-axle rig which has been retrofitted with MOR/ryde suspension.
There are three slide outs, Ultra, Bedroom and Entertainment center/computer work station.
Tankage includes fresh water at 75 gallons, grey/black at 79/40.
Interior amenities include 2 leather recliners and couch. Walnut interior and Thermopane windows fitted with wood slat blinds. Corian kitchen and bath counters, Microwave oven, two air conditioners, propane furnace, propane/electic water heater, and propane/electric refridgerator/freezer, and free standing ice maker.
Storage is generous thoughout the living areas- the lower level includes a large pass though and the forward genset bin. All plumbing system operation is selected at an external control panel, wich includes outside shower/rinse station. There are TV connections for Satelite and campground Cable, and a topside directional TV local area antenna. Electric service is 50 amp external plug in. Unattached extras include one spare wheel/tire, unused.
