This exchange service is for the purchase of 1 rebuilt dual zone digital climate control fot the following cars: ALL 1997 - 2004 Buick's equipped with dual zone. 1997 owners will have to cantact me with the part number of the unit. ALL 1997 - 2004 Buick Century's equipped with dual zone. Please specify year or model number (located on back of ATC) with payment. Testing and repair procedure....
EACH UNIT HAS BEEN TESTED TO VERIFY ALL PROBLEMS AND DEFECTS. THEN IT WAS COMPLETELY DIS-ASSEMBLED AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED. THE UNIT WILL THEN BEGIN THE REPAIR PROCESS AND DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS I DON'T JUST FIX THE IMMEDIATE PROBLEM(S) I ALSO GO OVER THE ENTIRE UNIT TO PREVENT ANY FUTURE FAILURES. THEN I PERFORM ALL FACTORY UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS TO REPAIR AND OR CORRECT ANY MANUFACTURERS DESIGN DEFECTS THAT WERE DISCOVERED AFTER YOUR UNIT LEFT THE ASSEMBLY PLANT. All WORN BUTTONS WERE REPLACED. THE TINTED LENS WAS REPLACED WITH A BRAND NEW ONE. AFTER ALL THE REPAIRS AND MODIFICATIONS ARE COMPLETED I RE-ASSEMBLE THE ATC AND PERFORM A COMPLETE AND THOROUGH FINAL TEST. THIS REBUILT ATC WILL COME WITH A FULL 1 YEAR GUARANTEE ON PARTS, LABOR AND RETURN SHIPPING. FYI.... Returning the defective climate control is important to me, it will enable me to keep providing my services to my customers. Without the core returns I cannot replenish my inventory.
