EACH UNIT IS INITIALLY IN CAR TESTED TO VERIFY ALL PROBLEMS AND DEFECTS
THEN IT WAS COMPLETELY DIS-ASSEMBLED AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED
THE UNIT WILL THEN BEGIN THE REPAIR PROCESS AND DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS I DON'T JUST FIX THE IMMEDIATE PROBLEM(S) I ALSO GO OVER THE ENTIRE UNIT TO PREVENT ANY FUTURE FAILURES
THEN I PERFORM ALL FACTORY UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS TO REPAIR AND OR CORRECT ANY MANUFACTURERS DESIGN DEFECTS THAT WERE DISCOVERED AFTER YOUR UNIT LEFT THE ASSEMBLY PLANT
All WORN BUTTONS WERE REPLACED
AFTER ALL THE REPAIRS AND MODIFICATIONS ARE COMPLETED I RE-ASSEMBLE THE ATC AND PERFORM A COMPLETE AND THOROUGH FINAL SELF TEST IN A CAR NOT ON A BENCH.

THESE DIGITAL CLIMATE CONTROLS ALL SUFFER FROM THE SAME COMMON FAILURES. BEWARE BUYING THEM THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PROFESSIONALLY REPAIRED AND TESTED. EVERY UNIT IS TESTED IN THE CORRECT CAR SO IT CAN INTERFACE WITH THE BCM (BODY CONTROL MODULE). BY PRESSING THE CORRECT BUTTONS IN SEQUENCE THE CLIMATE CONTROL WILL PERFORM A SELF TEST. THIS CANNOT BE ACCOMPLISHED WITHOUT INSTALLING IT THE CORRECT VEICHLE.
