ATVs Can Be Safe If Users Follow Guidelines
ATVs are used for farming, for search-and-rescue, for utility work, and a wide variety of other uses. More recently ATVs have become extremely popular for sheer fun and excitement - and the industry growth has quadrupled in just the last few years. AMA Pushes For Tougher Motorist Penalties
Many motorcyclists feel the sentencing during the highly publicized Janklow trial was simply too light - given that a life was taken during the incident. The American Motorcycle Association also feels that this sentence was too light and that there is an unfairness when trying cases involving motorcyclists. This has led to the AMA announcing "Justice for All," a new nationwide initiative that will focus on inadequate sentencing of drivers who seriously injure or kill motorcyclists.
