Description:
Hudson 1954 Jetliner 4 door hardtop. These are rare! Only 2,000 Jetliners were made in 1954! This was when chrome was king! 6 cylinder with 3 speed stick shift with electric overdrive. Has the optional Continental Kit on the back. Vehicle was restored about 1990 by the late Sunny Jones of Florida who was known for his ability to restore Hudson's to their original condition. The interior looks brand new with the only flaw being the carpet is worn in some areas. Chrome on inside and outside is great. Body is in great condition with the exception of 3 very small areas that need minor work. Paint job is good but has some scratches that need attention. Engine runs great with no smoke. Starts right up. Car was driven from Florida to Traverse City Michigan in 2001 where it now resides. Doors are all sold without rust. Underside is fine as well. Only mechanical problems that I am aware of is the charging system which I believe is the generator. Electric fuel pump was installed, but I think the existing mechanical pump will work if cleaned up inside. Vehicle has been and is garaged and has a current title.
