Description:
this buick is a semi custom street rod. it has had all glass replaced, all wiring replaced, new wheels and tires.I do still have the original wheels and tires. the new wheels need the center caps adjusted(they rattle a little. The large majority of the chrome has been redone, the interior has all been redone, a custom stereo has been installed, most rubber seals have been replaced ( I believe I may have the rest in boxes along with a large number of spare parts/new parts.A large portion of the motor has been chromed and has custom headers installed. this car is being sold "as is". The car was built by my father who recently passed from cancer, therefore I am not that familiar with the car however I can do my best to answer questions.The car seems to be a very nice driver however it appeared to develop some tranny problems upon returning it to our storage unit a week ago. I am willing to negoiate the pricing to adjust the potential costs involved with the tranny, probably best to have the car trailered or shipped to your location in case the tranny does have legitimate issues.The car was appraied by a certified appraiser very recently, which it appraised at my asking price. please feel free to contact me with any questions. the price is $13,500 or OBO.I have been told that this is a model68 and there was only 1350 of them made. I have also been told the dual fender mounts are very rare on this model?
