1965 Ford GT-40-Kit
This is a GT 40 Kit Car made in 1972 by Unique Mobility, Inc. It was just finished in 2003. I have never seen one like it anywhere, It MAY be a one of a kind. It is a one piece fiberglass body, louvered rear engine cover, new paint and stripes, shaved door handles with remote door and trunk latch opener, New Mid Engine design with a V8, Two inch tube with roll bar, Coil over shock rear axle (covair), VW floor Pan and Fronted, Ford 289 cubic inch, aluminum intake manifold with holly four barrel carburetor, Mallory dual point distributor, M/T valve covers, New Braided hoses covers, New Chrome Air cleaner and oil caps, Front mount radiator with electric fan, Corvair Re-engineered transaxle, Mid Aluminum bellhousing, Stewart warner gauges, tach, speedometer, New leather seats, New AM/FM CD player, NEW GT Steering wheel, New Chrome hand brake, Chrome clutch, brake, and gas pedal,Chrome Shifter, Roll op glass windows, New Aluminum fire wall with glass window into engine, Carpet, and Doorpanels, Head liner all NEW,No heat or AC could be put in Easily. New B F Goodrich Radial T/A P235/60R 14, Aluminum rims with chrome knock offs, Vehicle is in excellent/new condition, Has been driven less than 125 miles but over 30yrs old, Registered as a 2003 SPECIAL vehicle with a Utah title, I have most of the receipts for engine rebuild by NAPA, Receipts for transaxle rebuild and up graded bearing by strokes machine products, A lot of the work ahs been done YEARS ago, Car runs and handles very nice, THE CAR GETS A LOT OF LOOKS!!!
