Our 1970 Challenger R/T is an extremely well done; very correct, recent, complete restoration that missed nothing. The show-quality paint is evenly applied to a solid metal body. An infrared scan shows no damage, repairs or filler. Quarters, hood, trunk and front clip braces are all correctly stamped.
The underside, suspension and drive train are fresh, with like-new bushings, mounts and other components. The front and rear drum brakes are functionally new. The front and rear 215 70/R14 raised white letter Goodyear Eagle ST tires are as new. The dual exhaust, with factory chrome tips, is also new. This car is tight and drives better than new.
The engine bay is carefully detailed and highlights this car's just rebuilt, original 383CID /335HP 4BBL engine. Yes, the engine numbers match. Hoses and belts are new. The battery is fresh. The electrical system is correct and all gauges, accessories, and electrical components work as new.
We also have the car's build sheet! You'll note the rear spoiler was added after leaving the factory. The interior is as new, with no rips, tears or damage of any kind. Even the wood grain is fresh. The passenger door window has some vertical scratches behind the field of vision. Chrome and stainless around the entire car are as new, with no rust, pitting or noticeable wear.
