Description:
Our 1963 Vette's frame-off complete restoration was finished in the last 6 years. It was correctly and professionally done to very high standards, including the rebuild of its original 327 CID/300 HP 4-bbl V-8 engine (FJ 211RD) built in Flint on February 11, 1963, and its original 4-speed manual (M20) transmission and posi-3.70:1 rear end (G81). This Vette was assembled at Chevrolet's St. Louis plant, VIN # 30867S15436.
The car has only been driven in very good weather and carefully stored securely inside since its restoration. The undercarriage is clean, with no damage or corrosion. The suspension is fresh too. The BF Goodrich P215/70/15 redline radials are new.
The body is way better than new, and finely painted in her original Tuxedo Black (900A). The paint is best described as deep and luxurious - it's gorgeous and trimmed with brilliant chrome and highly polished stainless all around. The door seals, window felts and glass are fresh. The badges and tank cover emblem are perfect.
The interior is new, correct (498D) and drop-over stunning! Every inch glistens. The gauges, stainless, chrome, surrounds and accents all fit wonderfully and show as showroom new. All systems and accessories work. The top is in excellent condition as is its Izen glass window.
She's a stunning car that needs nothing!
