Description:
This Series Sixty-Special Fleetwood is modestly priced, and ready for you to enjoy. Since 2006 over $6,000 has been invested to mechanically refresh this Fleetwood. Even the fully automatic factory a/c has been serviced and blows ice cold. The car starts and runs very well. It's responsive to the touch and purrs like a classy Caddy.
Our '64 Fleetwood has 38,543 original miles and has been serviced and maintained by the dealership that originally sold the car.
The interior is original. The patterned fabric upholstery looks very good; having no stains or rips, and no noticeable wear or sun damage. The leather surrounds, vinyl dash and steering wheel are fade, crack and damage-free. The carpet shows minor wear and is scheduled for replacement. The chrome is remarkably good. All the gauges and accessories, power windows, lights and such work well with the exception of one window switch that is scheduled for replacement. The glass is clear and undamaged.
The body shows well, but shows its years. The hood has been repainted. The rest of the body is original with original paint although minor chips and the like have been touched up. The chrome and stainless trim all show well. The Firestone 22/75 15 radials, spare and tools are all in good shape -ready for your adventure anywhere.
Bottom line, she's a "5-10 footer". We mean you have to get that close to begin seeing flaws. But she's also a go anywhere car that will get a thumbs up at local shows or as you cruise down the road.
Maybe best of all; she's little coin for a collector classic.
