1960 BEECHCRAFT DEBONAIR. TTAF 4525 1100SMOH annual 06/09 225hp IO470J always hangered . this aircraft has been meticulously maintained and has been through a bonanza clinic with all squaks resolved. new panel, beautiful paint and leather interior . this is one of the nicest debs around. it can be seen at RNC mcminnville tn. for Last annual: 6/09. Painted in 2000 with Acrylic Urethane, white with prizm trime. Top mount rotating beacon and wing-tip strobes. Total fuel capacity is 70 gallons (64 usable). Complete rebuild of main and nose gear. New battery in 2008 along with new door seals. Continental IO-470-J 225 HP Flat-6. Alternator conversion in 2006, Gami injectors Airwolf Air Oil separator in 2007. Complete engine rebuild other than mags and fuel 500 hours ago due to prop strike on a tow bar with previous owner. Avionics include Apollo GX60 IFR certifiable GPS/Com with course deviation indicator. PS Engine PMA6000 audio selector. Secondary NAV/COM Narco Mirze with glideslope receiver and indicator. Complete panel upgrade 5/08 to new style with 'Airline T' configuration. New UMA engine guages , 13 probe EI engine analyzer with CHT/EGT/OIL temp. Davtron digital OAT. All other avionics rebuilt or new with VMA ring backlighting in panel. Monroe traffic alert, electrical digital fuel flow guage. All new breakers, over $10,000 invested in panel conversion alone! All interior redone in 2001. Plush leather seats and side panels, seats done with Oregon Aero special foam. New carpet in 2008, overhead reading lights. 4 place intercom with CD MP-3 adapter input. Polished pilot and co-pilot rudder and brake pedals. Rosen visors, Chrome fire extinguisher. Large 3rd window conversion. 1962 Rams Yoke with PTT and Davtron digital clock. Co-pilot PTT on the panel.
