This Aztec has a 2,100+ pound useful load with plenty of elbow room inside. It has the widened elevator for better control at slower speeds (see pictures). Piper also gave the 'E' models a fuselage stretch and a bigger nose with a larger baggage compartment with room for radar.
So what's the catch? The airplane has not been flown since it's last annual which was about two years ago. The engines run well and have another 250 hours of flying time left in them before having to consider any overhauls. The airplane needs cosmetic TLC: wash/wax, new glass, and new carpet.
